Bring your boat and gear for some
of the best fishing and scalloping Florida’s
Big Bend has to offer. The view of the Gulf
from this four-story elevated home is fantastic. It is situated on a corner
water front lot with approximately 200 ft. of canal frontage which includes a
dock and fish cleaning station. The first story provides covered parking for
cars or boat trailers. The second story has a full bath and laundry room and
offers over 500 square feet of covered deck. The third story has a living room,
modern kitchen, tiled bath, bedroom, an enclosed Florida room
and a 1,500 square foot wrap-around deck; the fourth floor has a master bedroom
with a panoramic view of the Gulf and a tile bath. We try to keep the place
fairly well stocked with the essentials, but Click here for a list of things
to bring with you and things to do when you get there. A long rainy week
prompted us to install cable TV in all of the rooms. The house easily sleeps
six. We had a fishing tournament and made room for 14 adults.
